NCQA HEDIS® Compliance Audits™
Aqurate Health Data Management is licensed by NCQA to conduct HEDIS Compliance Audits. Our Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditors (CHCAs) have over 12 years of experience in conducting HEDIS audits. In conducting these audits, our auditors take an approach that is collegial, collaborative and flexible while ensuring compliance with NCQA HEDIS audit protocol. Our auditors work closely with health plans in identifying and resolving issues that may impact reporting. Our auditors provide constructive feedback in terms of audit findings that would help the clients address issues that are identified and improve processes.
Our auditors have experience in conducting HEDIS Compliance Audits across the country for commercial, Medicaid and Medicare organizations. Aqurate’s auditors also have extensive experience in auditing non-HEDIS® and HEDIS®-like performance measures that are required by several states.
